  I was already a customer with them, went in with a broken phone, prepared to pay the upgrade fees and all. I wasn’t getting stuck with another phone I didn’t like, so I put an app in for a loan, got approved, whole nine yards. Card wouldn’t go through. Come to find out, loan site only allows you to put 6 digits of your card number in to the box for your card number, it was getting close to closing time, and I’d understand if one of the girls was standing by the door. But the little Hispanic girl who is the “manager” continued to just be a total snob and tell me they close at six. I walked out, but they had my boyfriend and I locked in the store. Needless to say, cricket can take their “good deals” and shove it up their @$.
