  The manager at the store put 6 meatballs On my footlong sub instead of the 8. I asked him about the other two he then advised me that franchises had different policies. I told him that he was cheating customers out of 25% of product that they paid for and j was going to report him. I made the report to Sunway corporate and no response or refund as of now. I did return the whole sandwich to the store.

  I ordered one foot long meatball sub. Should come with 8 meatballs. The guy put 6 on my sandwich and told me that his store had different policies in otherwise cheating customers out of 25% of the meat paid for. Buyers beware, the staff are Untrustworthy, Sneaky!

  I have never went to a place so disrespectful to their employees and don't care about their customers health at all. This owner tries to make sick employees work under extreme sickness he does not care about the customers or employees only money so if u don't want food poisoning or mold in ur food. Or u don't want to get sick don't eat there. I'm wanting to warn people before something bad does happen to someone bc of his neglect of the store and his employees. Ik for some it's a convenient place to walk and eat but if u care about ur health don't just go to the other one if u want subway bc even me I live close by but I'll be going to the other one from now on.

  Ms.Susie’s customer service was A1. My sub was fix with care. She made sure my sub was made to fit all my quirks lol. Thank you again Ms. Susie, you have earned a repeat customer during your shift 😀
