  stopped by while doing some business in the area to simply print a paper. the employees were all rude & then I was told it would be $3.51 to print a single paper. any UPS store i’ve ever been to has charged $1. I proceeded to ask why the cost is higher here, I was ignored while the girl shouted at another customer. I turned around and left, next thing I know the girl is at my car window, telling me my payment didn’t go through and demanding I returned the label, which I never received. The $3 must come directly out of her paycheck. yikes 😟 UPDATE — went to the UPS store in indian land and it was only .25 cents.

  UPS Store at 961 N. Main St., Lancaster, SC 29720 has exceeded my expectations every time I’ve visited. They consistently handle all of my requests with professionalism and efficiency. The customer service is outstanding—everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and exceptional service!

  I dropped of a package on a Thursday and at 10pm on the next Monday the tracking number stated it hasnt even been put in their system yet. They ship out 6 days a week so why is my order sitting somewhere in their building? I didn't like their nonchalant way of answering any of my questions like oh its no big deal 😤. Let me pull $200 out of your check and then act like its no big deal and see how you like it. This is why I hate ordering things online. Update I was able to get in contact with another representative that helped me understand a little better what was actually going on .
