  No sirve siempre dicen que no a todos si uno tiene un problema con el teléfono no lo podemos arreglar nose puede cambiar el teléfono se hacen los tontos nunca saben nada por una table normal cobran 250 ósea mucho por una table pésimo servicio

  We helped a sick friend of our get a new phone due to his not working anymore. He is on disability and isn't well. He went to this cricket store to get help activating his new phone to his line he has. He was told since he purchased the phone at Walmrt, he could take it back to Walmart if he needed help with it. Wth is that?? We are paying customers with 4 lines. Why would he be told that so rudely? We will never step foot near this pathetic location!!

  Unprofessional, went yesterday to replace a phone line from an old family plan I had. I was told that I needed to get some information from my 5 lines, an IME number. I had to return today since I did not had the information yesterday. They did not asked for it. The guy was yawning all the time and talking with his coworker. To make things worse my monthly plan went up $30, I specifically ask if my plan was going to change and he said no, when I went to my app later today I saw it. Do not recommend!!!!

  Kim at the store in lancaster bypass 9 overcharged me so she can make a profit off the store she's stealing from the store and trying to blame the customers. She is a horrible person she charged me hundreds of dollars she wasn't supposed to do. If you go in that store make sure she doesn't lie to you like she me
