Not sure if this Subway is under new ownership but I noticed the whole staff changed and the customer service sucks in my opinion.

I've noticed a consistent discrepancy between the advertised portions and the actual quantity of protein provided in the cheesesteak and chicken-based sub sandwiches. This issue persists even when requesting double protein.
Furthermore, despite the use of a toaster, the sandwiches are consistently served lukewarm.
This particular Subway location is the most convenient option apart from Clover. I am hopeful that these concerns will be addressed, especially given the recent renovations and the favorable location. I remain a patron and anticipate an improved product in the future.

I am not sure what has happened here but I will not be returning. The past two times have been simply awful. The first time I considered a fluke but after the second time of receiving sub par food I'm done after three years. The bread was disgusting. The meat was minimal and both times the orders were wrong and incomplete. Both times I called the store which was a waste of time.
Sorry Subway but I'm breaking up with you!

My family has always loved Subway, but it seems the staff at this particular location are not trained to serve families—and acting in a racist manner is simply not right. We Hispanics work hard and pay whatever is necessary to get our food; there is absolutely no need for a racist attitude. I hope this changes for the better, and that the staff improves—we need professionals, not people with bad attitudes.
They used to have really nice people here but now everyone seems to be really unfriendly. They just look at you like they’re miserable and hate that you’re there. You walk in and they just look at you and look away. Don’t even say you’re welcome when you thank them. I’d just go somewhere else from now on if you’re thinking about going here.
