  I come here almost every night my 18 month old loves those cookies and I always ask for freshly made cookies and if the man James is not working they will be made fresh and good but when he's in there he is very rude and unprofessional and don't do his job on making his customers happy I would much rather drive all the way to Lancaster then to continue dealing with this rude person I will gladly tell eveeyone to stay away as long as he is working

  I came order 12 cookies and 2 subs on the app and I came maybe 5 minutes to pick them up and the cookies was hard as a rock and burnt and when my wife went to ask for some made so she can have soft cookies and the on shift manager james got mad and really rude I came here at least 2 to 3 times a week I hope this gets better

  Staff most visits seem to feel like they are at home preparing food at a cookout not really focused and the customer and not in a rush at all. Atmosphere is pretty boring they need a tv or some music but since the options in Kershaw are limited…
