  I went to ship a package here and the lady was so rude. Argumentative and had the worst attitude. I think because she kept getting the address incorrect and I finally asked if she wanted to see it on my phone. That apparently made her mad but after 3 times of her getting it incorrect I was only trying to help. I told her I needed it there by a certain day and she kept arguing that it was not guaranteed and I said earlier you said it would be if I paid $262 and she threw her hands up and walked away and another lady came up and said here is your quote which one do you want and I said the $262 option and the lady that walked away kept arguing behind her to me. I finally said I kinda feel like you guys aren’t even going to mail it and she said YEP. I don’t trust this store. I’ve had packages to return to places that never got there and I also wonder if maybe they have kept them or didn’t ship them. DO NOT GO HERE. They have very very bad attitudes

  This place is always bustling, and the staff are incredibly helpful.As the saying goes, you must give respect to receive respect.This store truly embodies that principle.

  Brought a package filled with birthday gifts to send to a friend. The woman behind the counter rudely reached in and started to try to pull the items out stating that they have to know every single item that’s in the box. I told her not to do that as the items were in packaged carefully, and some of the items were fragile. They have some policy unique to this location where they have to itemize and go through any package you send, and they staff can’t articulate why other than “we have been sued so have to look in everyone’s packages”. A nonsense policy enforced by a rude staff that seem to share a single brain cell. Go to FedEx instead.
