I visited this Subway location today with my grandmother and aunt, and unfortunately the experience was very uncomfortable. The atmosphere did not feel welcoming at all. While ordering, I decided to switch my bread, and the employee appeared visibly annoyed and even slammed the bread on the counter. Throughout the interaction, employees (2 Indians ladies) kept speaking among themselves while looking at us, which made the situation feel awkward and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location and hope management addresses the professionalism and customer service experience for future customers.
Placed an order in the SUBWAY app. Waited and drove to this location where I placed my order. The sub was on promotion. They canceled my order. Lied and told me they never got it. I even showed them my order in the app and they refused to honor it. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!

I had activated a $2 reward in my app and was scanning the QR code upon checkout. I handed them my phone when they asked me to, only to find they removed my $2 off rewards once they handed it back. On top of that, they added a dine in tax and 25% tip without me knowing until the receipt was handed to me. Also, both workers were Indian who were speaking English until they saw I was trying to use my rewards at which point they started conversing in their language, which I find rude. Will not be returning to this location and would not recommend anyone visit a place who purposely scams people of their money

There was barely anything on the 2 footlongs I purchased today. I don’t think there was even 1 oz of “steak” on the entire sandwich. I’ve eaten here many times and it continues to get worse and worse. I will never return and suggest you just go to Publix next door and get a baguette- cheaper and that’s all you’re getting here anyways. Extremely disappointed.

Just close. The ham today is grayish green. Tomatoes are brown. Sandwich makers have 0 idea multilingual customers understand the insults clearly. Close it. This one is a disaster.
