  Been going here for years. If you don’t want any issues for your orders just go in the mornings. I only had issues when I ordered in the afternoon, that includes using the app. In conclusion, great place to eat after 10 am but later in the day I would not recommend.

  The staff was very nice and knew there job very well. I was in and out in no time. The subs were fresh and hot.

  Well this location has went downhill though the years. I try to avoid it unless I absolutely have to eat in Iva, which is every so often. The dining room is always dirty, sometimes very obviously so. The staff are overall not good. There's a few that know what they are doing, but they usually aren't here when I order/come in. They have gotten my order wrong a few times and times in the past they had to call me because they were completely out of something. In general they aren't very nice and one in particular is downright rude. One was coughing while making my sandwich, never saw her wash her hands. Usually on their phones or going in and out, don't make the customer feel like a priority. Found a couple of ants at the table I was eating at one time. The food itself is below average or average and doesn't usually taste fresh. It's unfortunate because this place could be really nice. The Subway in Belton is really good, I wish they'd take some inspiration from them. I get the feeling that whoever owns or runs this one doesn't really care. The people in Iva are almost at their mercy because there's so few choices. Anyway, that's my review and I'm not trying to be mean or anything, I really would like this place to be better.
