  I came in around 12 AM for two Louisiana voodoo fries. $15 in total. I open up the box and I can see the bottom of it. Barely any sauce. Little to no fries.. what? This is disappointing because it wasn’t the cheapest either. Theres like 10 fries in here!! And the only good part isn’t even the food! It’s the guy at the front who took my order and was actually super funny but whoever is in the back needs to get it together, seriously. I paid for more fries than what I received. It’s not wonder you guys have 2 stars. As a restaurant chain you should be ashamed. Pay your workers good and maybe they’ll actually wanna do their job and work.

  So I placed the order on DoorDash at 9:42 PM I put on my order I wanted my chicken cooked well done I also called as soon as I placed the order and said I would like my food to be cooked well when I received it it was very soggy. Mind you I ordered DoorDash which means I did not feel like going back out but I had to in order to get my food replaced I got there they were supposed to be dropping my food I waited for at least 10 minutes before someone coming up to me ask for my name and number they took my food back and proceeded not to give me a refund, my food back or another fresh order I left with no food and no refund. After a fry cooked proceeded to tell me that they were doing me a favor by cooking my food well done I told him well it’s not a favor because I paid for my food I’m not receiving anything for free he proceeds to stomp in the back make a scene like I was being irrational they are totally unprofessional I advise you 100% to always go somewhere else do not go to this Wingstop you are going to have a problem I have given this place numerous of chances and it’s always the same outcome. They are disrespectful and they do not care

  I ordered 30 Wings, 15 lemin pepper and 15 original sauce, large celery sticks a large ranch. Play small order online to be picked up at 7:30 I waited for 30 minutes for my order I did not get my celery sticks. I was giving fries to make up for not having celery. To my surprise when I got home I was five Wings short. I will not return to this location again I waited too long for my order and he cheated me out of five wings so instead of 30 Wings on me receipt 25 wings and Wingstop prices it's not cheap either!

  I placed a large order and I live on the other side of town, when I got home they forgot my family order of corn so I called spoke to a manager and she informed me to come back when convenient. I explained that it would be a long time she said no problem. When I went back I was told that the note was thrown out and nothing could be done!! Wow very disappointing
