  Ordered $80 delivery tonight through WingStop and they outsource to DoorDash. Allegedly a Dasher signed for my order and then it disappeared. Anyone with access to the DD driver app can see my name and order. Obviously a large order is ideal to steal. I received a message from DD that my order was delivered with no photo proof, and before the Dasher even arrived to pickup my order. Isn’t that odd? Long story short - DD would not authorize a remake of the order. WingStop refused to remake the order. DD cancelled my order. Somehow it was up to me to solve this problem and told I needed to call DD to resolve. Neither DD or WS assumed any responsibility for losing my order. Best part - I was the third order stolen from this WingStop location on this day.

  Don’t order late at night. You will be waiting forever. A bunch of kids jsut playing around and one person actually working. Waited almost a hour for 10 wings.

  Top notch service and quality food! Had an issue with an online ordering platform, the staff on duty responded to my call promptly and with marvelous hospitality (particularly for being late night). They corrected the issue (that was 100% not their fault) and were so very kind. Thank you to the wonderful staff for rescuing our Saturday night!

  Recently every time I have ordered for delivery something has been wrong / missing. This last time I ordered I paid $5+ dollars for a large range and did not receive it with my order. The previous time the order delivered was completely wrong. We called the location to report the issue talked with the person who answered the phone, they were nice, however after they said to hold for a moment, they forgot got mute the phone said what happened to what seemed to be the manager, and we heard a deep sigh followed by a few moments of silence. After about 2–3 minutes we figured we were being ignored and hung up the phone and ate the food that was delivered. Would not recommend delivery from this location
