  I hate when I have to return something to this UPS store because the people here are so rude. They don’t make eye contact, say hello, or thank you. say hello. It’s like it would kill them to speak a word. The older black gentleman is the worst. He will look straight through you. I go with everything organized and ready to ship. He gets annoyed if he has to scan your phone, so I try to always have my labels printed out. There is a young man with a nose ring who does the same thing. Maybe they just don’t like white people. I’ll start returning and mailing my things to Staples. My neighbor has already started doing that. She’s 84 years old and has had the same rude people. There was a sweet AA young lady who worked there for a long time, but I think she quit. She was always so kind and helpful. I always got in her line, even if it was the longest.
