  The people have always been very nice here and I’ve used this location for about 10 years. However, if you ever have a problem, you can forget getting any support or help. The owner is AWOL. I had to ship some critical medical supplies to Miami and was told by James the Manager, that it would be $146 to ship it guaranteed and money back and it would be there between 8 and 9 AM the next day. It was being shipped to a UPS store in Miami and it did not arrive until after 10 AM. I’ve gone back-and-forth to the location to talk to James probably six or seven times by now and I sent an email to the owner and I spent two hours on the phone with UPS. It’s unbelievable that I cannot get this issue resolved. UPS headquarters says it’s the franchisee that’s responsible and the word from the local store is that they have to get reimbursed from UPS headquarters. In any case, unfortunately, it looks like I’m going to be a FedEx user moving forward. So if you ever have a problem, don’t count on them, resolving it.

  I hate when I have to return something to this UPS store because the people here are so rude. They don’t make eye contact, say hello, or thank you. say hello. It’s like it would kill them to speak a word. The older black gentleman is the worst. He will look straight through you. I go with everything organized and ready to ship. He gets annoyed if he has to scan your phone, so I try to always have my labels printed out. There is a young man with a nose ring who does the same thing. Maybe they just don’t like white people. I’ll start returning and mailing my things to Staples. My neighbor has already started doing that. She’s 84 years old and has had the same rude people. There was a sweet AA young lady who worked there for a long time, but I think she quit. She was always so kind and helpful. I always got in her line, even if it was the longest.
