  On 12/20/25 My girlfriend asked that Hunter (125363) help her print some holiday cards. She sent the image over and the image came out on 8.5x11 paper. He charged her $34.40 for this. I inquired about the transaction and he stated that was the size of the image she sent but clearly he did not offer to resize the image which I know he can do. He even admitted to me that he never specified what size the prints would come out as. He offered no recourse or apology. Horrible customer service. We deserve a refund.

  Kayla, the notary on duty, was fantastic. She was super knowledgeable about everything in the shop and how to notarize our documents. We were driving home from vacation and needed to notarize and overnight some documents. Kayla and the other young woman at the shop helped me print my documents, sign, notarized, and got them back in for UPS next day super fast! Maybe thirty minutes total? I was amazed and thankful!!
