  Didn’t put cheese on my sandwich and when I asked said they put cheese on it and acted like I didn’t just watch them. Got the sandwich and it indeed did not have cheese. So I’m just handed 4 slices of the wrong cheese to go on it. Terrible service.

  I don’t understand. Is it seriously this hard for you guys to make my order right? Just wanted to eat something quick and was on my way home after a long day of work and you cause still somehow manage to make it wrong. It clearly states ITALIAN HERBS & CHEESE!! Why did I get plain sandwhich bread?? I ask I less salt, my sandwhich is as salty as it can get. Maybe don’t hire new people if they’re going to cause you an issue. Legit always ordered from hear just to get served by a new face and somehow it’s impossible to make a basic sandwich.

  Two young male employees were working yesterday evening. The white employee was openly racist and completely unprofessional towards two Indian female customers in front of me. He cashed them out and the two women sat at a nearby table. He started making comments about them and the other employee told him he had no customer service skills and he just started laughing… I said that wasn’t cool. He paused and then proceeded to mock their music. I told him that was not okay and to forget about that subs. I turned around and walked out. I sure hope these women, who were nothing but kind and polite, did not pay attention to this man’s ignorance. This used to be the best Subway around but it’s gone down hill in the last year. The service nor the food had been very good, and yesterday was the final straw for me. *Kudos to the other employee for calling out his co-worker. He was courteous and behaved very professionally.

  This is the go to spot. Anthony and Preston are awesome. It feels like most subways I go to, there is always someone that is lazy and barely even awake, not this one. Customer service is great an atmosphere is lighthearted. Anthony needs to be promoted for sure.

  I have went to the subway for many years. This service has gotten worse and worse every time I go. The lettuce looks like it has been sitting for a day or so because it always watery and clumped up. They barely put anything on the subs and when you asked them to put more they give you a look.The staff is not very nice either and they just want to use pretty much in and out no expressions or nothing. I recommend going to exit 5 in Inman. This away there is a lot better.
