  Absolutely phenomenal customer service in this store. It's hard for me to go into any auto store as a young woman, as I'm usually met with condescending comments. If you know, you know. Not that it matters now, because after today... this will be the only auto care store I use. I was looking for a few simple things for my car, struggling to read part numbers I'd scribbled down, comparing prices, etc. All the while, my 2 young kids chose chaos in that moment. Running rampant, touching EVERYTHING. Every tired parent's DREAM- right? Brian S. asked if I needed any help. He walked me to the area I needed, gave me a few pointers and information that was *actually helpful. He then proceeded to then play with my daughters and give them free toy ducks- usually $2.99. 🥹 He showed them behind the counter and just talked with them about silly nonsense while I wrapped up what I needed to do. I was able to do get my things and check out so much quicker (without fear of shelves tumbling over) because Brian understands customer service doesn't always pertain to the job itself. Sometimes it just means to be a kind and observant human. I have never had a bad experience here, but today was just over the top fantastic! I never leave reviews, but this was non-negotiable for me. That man needs a raise!
