  I think I've written maybe three negative reviews in my life, but this place warrants one. When I came I checked the other negative reviews and they echo what my sentiment is. The owner of the store needs to reconsider the employees. I've lived in the area for 2 years and I will go out of my way to go to another less convenience store to not deal with the employees. The environment is tense. Just because there is a long line does not mean you can be short with people. Multiple times I've been told to step aside and get out of the line because I don't have my QR code ready for an Amazon return, the phone has literally been in my pocket and I have been in the process of taking it out, or in the process of opening the screenshot of the barcode with my phone unlocked and in front of them! As someone else said, it seems people are tense, maybe they're overwhelmed because it's busy? I don't know but it's not relevant. Since I've seen complaints about staff in other reviews, it seems perhaps there need to be changes or reprimands. It is so unnecessary to have a negative experience just trying to drop off a package when you're going about your day.
