  I don't know how Subway went downhill so badly, but they continue to disappoint. I try to give them another chance every few months or so, and every time it turns out poorly. I get that food costs have gone up, but so have their prices. For $14 a sandwich, including requesting 50% more meat, I would expect a sub that would be thicker than a bratwurst and that I wouldn't still be hungry after eating (supposedly) 12" of. Not too long ago, if you paid for extra meat and veggies, they would barely be able to fold the sandwich to cut it. Definitely not the case anymore. This chipotle steak sub is downright pitiful. Barely any meat, about three slices of pepper and onion, and slathered in sauce. Do better, Subway. I think after this trip I very well might be done. $32 for two subs and this is what you get? It is truly sad how far Subway has fallen. On the bright side, the guys working at the store were friendly and nice, but portions are miniscule now. Jersey Mike's is a much better option.

  Come to Hilton Head for the weekend and I have to say I was impressed with the young man who made our sandwiches. He said he was new but he did a great job making our sandwiches.

  Subway in Hilton Head Island has an exceptionally wonderful employee named LaToya. She was very friendly, informative about the island, and courteous. The restaurant was very clean and the subs & protein pocket was very good. Thank you LaToya for making our visit to Subway so nice!

  The lady with pink hair was great in an out on my DoorDash order I came in at closing hours and was still serviced. Thank you so much for giving me that grace to satisfy a happy customer.
