  Travelled for 7 hours and needed assistance with a problem. Not helpful in anyway. Could not answer any questions or check alternator.

  This store went above and beyond to help my son. Rebekah Tucker was amazing I can’t say enough good things about her and her team. My son traveled to Hilton head on his actual birthday and then the battery light came on. He did not shut the car off until he got to the store thankfully. They determined he needed an alternator. He thought since the car started again. He was safe to drive to his hotel but he didn’t get but a block or two down the road, and the car died in the middle of the road. I called the store to let them know and they took the time to go find him and get him in the car back to the store. Not a way you wanna spend your birthday obviously. They had the part in stock and while they were waiting on a Mobile Mechanic to come one of the employees started to work on the car for him. Even charging the battery while it was being fixed. It took a while but they got him fixed and on his way. This mom felt so much at ease knowing they were being so helpful and kind to him. Any time we called the store they were always polite and answered all our questions. Never felt like we were annoying them by calling so much. Give Rebekah and that team member a raise!! Next time we are in HH we will be sure to stop in and thank them again in person. 🙌🙌🙌🤗🤗🤗

  Completely unprofessional staff! It was 20 minutes before close, and i desperately needed to run in and grab some oil for my car. Id suspect they had “closed” long before their official time considering the employee up front ran to the back to avoid being seen…It’s extremely disappointing and I’d recommend future customers find somewhere more professional and RELIABLE to put their money behind! 3/13/26

  Out of town and car battery died. Called and they had the battery I needed and was installed within 1 hour! Fast , friendly and well priced service!
