  I'm a long-time Cricket customer, and on vacation my phone suffered irreparable water damage. An exceptional Cricket associate named Alex helped me find a phone at an astonishing upgrade price and had it setup and sold within 15 minutes of walking in. I went in with high anxiety about spending hundreds on a new phone to get home, and walked away well-assured having paid next-to-nothing and feeling like it never happened. Friendly, fast, and professional, I highly recommend Alex and Cricket at Hilton Head.
