  After being turned away elsewhere for a simple same-day print request, I called the UPS Store in Greer hoping they could help. Not only did they help immediately, but they did so with a level of customer service that seems increasingly rare these days. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. What another business couldn’t be bothered to do because “they had too many orders to fill”, UPS handled quickly and efficiently. Within minutes, my print was completed exactly as requested. This experience earned my future business. If you need printing services, shipping, or anything else they offer, I highly recommend the UPS Store in Greer!

  I consistently have a great experience at this UPS Store 3193, but my recent visit was especially outstanding thanks to Daniel! He was extremely professional, personable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I came in with a complicated return issue, and Daniel went above and beyond to make the process seamless. He offered suggestions, tried different solutions when the system wasn’t cooperating, and stayed focused on making sure everything was resolved properly. Throughout the entire experience, he was pleasant, efficient, and easy to talk to, which made what could have been a frustrating situation feel completely manageable. Daniel is clearly a valuable asset to the company and an exceptional representative of this store. The staff at Store 3193 consistently creates a friendly, professional, and helpful atmosphere, and this visit was another great example of that. Keep up the excellent work, Store 3193!

  Faith was such a pleasure to do business with. She was able to get access to a Google doc and print it plus multiple other copies I needed. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
