  Package has sat untouched at this location for 2 days, it was supposed to be delivered 7/10/2026 between 8am and 1pm. There is no excuse for the delay and pure laziness and lack of accountability.

  Took the day off work to wait for my package to arrive and they never even came up the elevator or called to try and get a signature. They do not tell you when they expect the driver to arrive either. I tried to call customer service about it and they said they had “exhausted delivery attempts” and then ignored me for about 10 minutes when i asked for another solution besides driving an hour away to pick it up and then they sent me to the survey.
