Took the day off work to wait for my package to arrive and they never even came up the elevator or called to try and get a signature. They do not tell you when they expect the driver to arrive either. I tried to call customer service about it and they said they had “exhausted delivery attempts” and then ignored me for about 10 minutes when i asked for another solution besides driving an hour away to pick it up and then they sent me to the survey.

Extremely Disappointed With FedEx Delivery Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience with FedEx was frustrating enough that I feel the need to say something in hopes that improvements are made. I ordered TWO racing rims from Speedway Motors at the exact same time, on the same order, with the same expected delivery date of May 21st. One rim arrived as scheduled, but the second package somehow ended up going completely the wrong direction and bouncing around multiple states for days. According to the tracking history, the package made it all the way to Greenville, SC — literally my local FedEx facility and only minutes from my house in Taylors, SC. Instead of being delivered with the other rim, it was then rerouted hundreds of miles away to Connecticut and North Carolina for absolutely no logical reason. Tracking showed: Arrived in Greenville, SC Then somehow sent to Middletown, CT Then Hillsville, VA Then Charlotte, NC How does a package make it to the correct local destination and then get shipped halfway across the East Coast instead of being delivered? This created unnecessary delays and frustration, especially when these parts were needed together. What makes it worse is that there was very little explanation or accountability from FedEx during the process. Watching a package travel farther away after already reaching the local facility makes customers lose confidence in the tracking and delivery system. I understand mistakes happen, but this seems more like a breakdown in logistics and package handling than a simple delay. When customers pay shipping costs and rely on estimated delivery dates, they expect packages to arrive together — especially when they shipped together. FedEx seriously needs to improve: Package routing accuracy Communication with customers Tracking reliability Quality control at distribution hubs Hopefully this review helps bring attention to these issues so other customers don’t deal with the same headache.

Thank you so much David for being EXCEPTIONAL!!! I came in today with 2 parcels, and I was clueless on how to package and send them, but David was so kind and patient and explained all of my options. He was so knowledgable of delivery times, packaging and costs. His customer service is outstanding paying meticulous attention to ensuring my items were secure and correctly labeled. I didn’t feel rushed in anyway. I could see how important each and every customer is to David because he was the same way with the person before me at the counter. His expertise and positive attitude took away all of the stress I had about mailing these articles, and made it pleasurable! Thank you again David, you’re a gentleman!
