  I would give no stars if it was possible. Ordered service online..paid $69.99 to be told my phone wouldn't work with a ESIM to bring into store for a physical sim. Went to the store to get the physical sim to be told I have to pay $39 activation fee PLUS another $10 for physical sim... Didn't wanna pay anymore money but was going to. I then was told the card reader did not work and it would have to be cash only that I could run into Walmart market to buy a bag of chips to get cash back...I said no that's more money I'll have to pay. Left greer store went to Taylor's location, very helpful and friendly ladies there but then was told the phone wasn't compatible with their service when it was online per Rob. Now I am out $69.99 and no service with cricket. AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I now have a new service and thankfully I didn't fall into their trap!

  Horrible customer service. Very rude and not at all knowledgeable about the service they are selling. Have had more pleasant experiences cancelling cable. Edit* They responded with their generic response which means nothing. They have almost as many one stars as they do others. Cricket cell service is only good because it runs on AT&t towers. But if you need customer service the cricket side of it is horrible. My advice is if you want to get cricket just buy it from Walmart.

  Until today I have always been happy with the Greer location. We have 7 lines with you. I brought my old phone in to have it activated for my brother-in-law. I was trying to get a case for a moto 5g stylus (2021/2022) phone which we had with us. She wouldn’t even see if it would fit before purchasing. After I paid for it we tried to put the phone in the case and the case was too short. I asked for my money back since we had not even left the store yet and was told that no refunds on accessories. Nicole kept insisting because it said stylus that it would work. So now I’m stuck with a case that I can’t use.
