  Usually when I order wingstop I get really good food and sevice.. not this time I got RAW chicken 🤢 I had already bit into it and take a piece before seeing brown then I cut it open and it was brown and cold and RAWW..

  Very disappointing experience at this location. My food took too long, the chicken was over-fried, and there was a hair in my ranch. The staff was not very attentive, and one employee tried to make me feel like I was confused about whether I had received my food instead of simply helping resolve the issue. I also noticed employees cooking with their hair down, and the music being played was inappropriate for a restaurant. The young girl with burgundy hair who took my order was respectful, cooperative, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the overall experience was still very poor.

  Worst service ever specially if they prepare a meal to go, a employees enjoy smoking and not taking care of their own job, it doesn’t matter if it’s am or pm, it seems that kitchen should be outside of the workplace, because anyone who drive by will see a employee or two enjoying the outdoors smoking!

  Paid $20 for 6 wings and received nuggets. Went in to notify them about it & received the answer “those are the wings we received , we can give you a 5 piece.” no apology or anything by the way. Manager seemed like she could care less. Which is probably why they have low reviews now.

  Me and my cousin were doordashing, and we went in there and the manager was so sweet I think her name was Bree ! She was so awesome!
