  The best UPS store I've ever been to (by a mile)! I am a frequent visitor because of my business and have never had to wait more than 2 minutes. The staff is also incredibly friendly!

  My experience at this store was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. They will try to make every dollar off of you that they can. $2.00 for a PIECE of tape or they were going to refuse my package that I had already taped up. $6.99 to return something with Amazon. $2.50 for a bag because the original box wasn’t good enough. The manager, Brian, acts like it’s standard and they have to do things this way. It’s not, I just moved to this area and have never been asked to pay anything extra for Amazon returns at my previous UPS store. He was arguing with another customer about Amazon returns as I left. I won’t use this particular store again - I’d rather drive out of my way. I wouldn’t use UPS at all if Amazon gave the option.

  I am so impressed with this store, every time I come everyone seems very happy to help and not disgruntled as so many places are. Today I watched a nice older black gentleman (I think I remember his name was Gregory) handle about 6 different customers, by hisself, all had completely different needs.. calmly and just one at a time knocking them out but I was just very impressed with the way he handled it.
