  The staff represents kindness and help. The gentlemen there are just awesome. I don’t know his name but his employee id 216853. He brings happiness to customers but his willingness to want to assist you and smiles through it all. I’m thankful for that. Days he’s not there you can tell.

  This is my neighborhood, local UPS store of which I go to often to send mail packages. However, I went through this morning to have my signature notarized, and I was told they couldn't notarize it because what I was signing was on a handwritten legal document instead of being typed out and that was the requirement but then when I called an other UPS store in Easely,, they said yes of course you can have your paper however you want it because it's your signature we're notarizing that's all we wanted your ID and your signature so I thought that that was very poor management decision and they were not even trying to ask anyone else like oh is this really a problem or not? I'm not happy with this store whatsoever. People do the bare minimum on there. Don't waste your time.
