  I could not be more thankful for Dee here! I needed help printing on a unique material and she was more than accommodating. The best customer service experience I have had anywhere!

  A+ store. When you call you get to talk to a live person, at the actual location, not a national 1-800 number. They have a notary on site that has both crimp/emboss and stamp capabilities. Most places only do a rubber stamp. Call before going to make sure the person is there, but they were fast, friendly, and I will definitely go back.

  Outstanding customer service! I scheduled a notary and passport photo service and the Manager, Dee wasn’t available at the time that I scheduled so she personally reached out to inform me and gave me the best time to come in. She reached back out later in the day to inform me that she had reached the store earlier than expected and that I could come anytime. I have never experienced this level of customer service. My encounter with the other employees was very pleasant as well. I am a forever customer 10/10!

  Wow!!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I inadvertently arrived 30 minutes after closing during the holiday Onnnnnn Memorial Day!!!!! 🤯 ---(BTW, Thank you all who serve). Despite the doors being locked, a remarkable young man named Cody graciously assisted me anyway. His demeanor was exceptionally polite, patient, and welcoming when he easily could have turned me away. Cody transformed a frustrating oversight on my part into a delightful customer experience. Seriously! Exceptional service like this is rare, and his outstanding work ethic deserves high praise!

  I had some critically important documents to send internationally and decided to go out of my way to this UPS store location based on reviews. I had high expectations. Happily, they were exceeded. Dee and staff were running full steam when I stopped by, but still made me feel welcome and that my business and shipment were important to them. They took their time to get it right and even followed up once the package was delivered. Really rare to get this level of service and care.
