  This is this review is not really specific for this branch, but it’s in general. Subway doesn’t really go with the trends right now. It’s kind of like old very classic and it needs to upgrade itself to add new items or anything that makes a difference from the others.

  William was awesome!!! He made my night by being so polite and understanding. The first uber eats driver stole my order and when I called he was very understanding and was ready to remake my order to make sure I got my food. He went above and beyond tonight. He deserves a raise.!!!

  We were there the other day and I had my sandwich made by a guy named Masheo. He was very funny and very helpful! My husband has dealt with the same employee about a week beforehand & he was extremely helpful to him as well! We actually pass a closer subway just to come to this one, because of the wonderful service.

  WARNING!!!⚠️ ‼️This employee will refuse service and degrade you. He will use profanity to kick you out. For the public here is a face to match the persona. The service at this subway was bottom line not acceptable. 9pm at night no customers in the store with no service. I reached out to the store manager and will be contacting district managers to follow up. This will be the next store on N Pleasantburg to be closed and he will face repercussion.
