  Horrible service, talked to like I was a toddler. Manager of this location is awful. Went in to have a book bound and untrained employee ruined the printed material. If I could leave negative stars I would. I’ve learned to drive across town.

  I use this location several times a year with no issues. I have all my parts together and I know exactly where they’re all going and I have each one individually ready for shipping with my own paperwork. I have never had to fill out a recipient and a sender information for each shipment. It’s a serious waste of time, the controlling attitude of the customer service rep for the day was not helpful at all. She needs a serious lesson in courtesy. And if she doesn’t want to do her job, then she should get a different one.
