Fed ex and all businesses need to get rid of it automation system/AI. It’s frustrating to not able to speak to a human being. These automation system refused to transfer to a human and keep giving run around computerized responses. Which did not solve my problem or make it any easier. Might as well, go back to outsourcing our job to foreign country. At least, I am speaking to a human, that may solve my problems. these automation/AI is nothing but problematic and a waste of times .

Amazing customer service. They brought a photo order out to me out of courtesy, though they don’t do curbside pick up, because I had a sleeping baby and didn’t want to exit my vehicle.
