Absolute worst customer service and the worst attitude from Robert Tuck. He does not need a job that requires any level of courtesy. Twice now, I have dealt with Robert and both times he has not been able to find one of 2 packages waiting there for me, assuming that both packages are in my name (which they aren't...one is in the business name). He states that he is isn't able to tell me anything other than what I can see myself on the FedEX website despite having confirmations from the vendors that the packages were delivered. This morning, I offered to provide a tracking number for a second package that was there that he couldn't find under my name. The package was not in my name, but I tried to provide the tracking number so he could find it. He just interrupted me, very annoyed, and told me he couldn't tell me anything other than that there wasn't another package there in my name despite trying to give him the number. Both times, I've left the store without my second package only to have to return because the package was, indeed, there. This morning, I had to leave the store and search emails to find the tracking number, then go to the FedEX website to confirm the package was actually there, turn around and go back to the store. He could've saved me quite a bit of time by inputting the second tracking number, but his job appears to be entirely too inconvenient for him as he expects the customers to do their own research to find a package in his store. As as a result, I will seek out other shipping options or delivery locations. One bad customer service incident is a bad day. Two, from the same person is a cultural issue an an indication that he is not the right person for a job that requires customer service or even being remotely accommodating.
