  Horrible Customer service I called in back on April 27th, to remove a vehicle that I had on my policy for about a year I'd. Since then I added a vehicle on my policy which was $225 a month. as my other vehicle was about the same. in the end I was charged $491.07 for at least one car in my possession the other car again was sold on the 27th of April. I was told over the phone by the sales rep from the 1-800 number corporate office whatever you want to call it that I would not be charged for my Mercedes-Benz for the month of May. here's me and I got charged for both vehicles. I will also know it's very typical to get in touch with their agency you have to jump through many hoops like they want 800 numbers just to even get to talk. If you do talk to somebody they're not going to speak English!! You guys need to clean your act up good luck

  David and Jossie are amazing. We’ve been with Mr Casey going on 8+ years and they have never disappointed. They handle all of our insurance needs and are the best in town. Friendly, professional and accommodating. We highly recommend David Casey as your Allstate agent. 5 stars for sure. Special thanks to Jossie for always making our experience so painless and quick. Extremely pleasant and elegant. Hats off for the amazing customer service and pricing!
