I woke up today with no internet service on my phone. I called customer service, they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me. I called Cricket at White Horse Rd Greenville SC and Lali Sotelo was very rude; she refused to give me any information and said I had to go to the store. So I told her that if customer service didn't answer me and they hung up on me and I didn't have service, then I had to switch companies, and he said yes, I should switch, that's not good for a company.
I have been a customer for over three years, I have never had a problem with the company, but the service was very unpleasant the first time I called.
