  Ronnie provided outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely hilarious, which made the entire experience even better. He went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed and took the time to answer all my questions. It is rare to find someone who is both highly professional and so personable. Ronnie is truly an asset to the team!

  Absolutely amazing staff!! I had an issue with my car while on the highway and pulled into to their parking lot. Logan came out of the shop to look at my car and advised that I should have it towed. I had my newborn baby and toddler with me in the car, and Ken came out to help me carry our car seats inside the store while we waited for an Uber. Damian helped me get both children into the Uber - literally installed both car seats and helped us all in. He completely went above and beyond. I am incredibly grateful to all three of them for their kindness, and I know it speaks entirely to the wonderful service that folks experience at this Advance Auto Parts. We will surely be customers for life. Thank you all so much!!
