Called and asked for a refund as I order at wrong subway and the young employee burped in my ear and was like oh, we just won’t make it. And I asked how they were gonna refund my money and he said well how did you pay and I said through the app and he goes give me another minute waited 10 minutes and then tell me his manager isn’t there and they will write my name down and at some point give me my refund. This is very unprofessional.
I want a manager to contact me immediately!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The owner/manager (whoever he is) is extremely rude, and the teenage employee isn’t any better. The whole experience is uncomfortable, and I won’t be going back after today.
They’re now charging for extra veggies. You only get one piece of cheese on a protein bowl—if you ask for more, it’s $3 for just one extra slice. On salads, you’re basically limited to one condiment, so don’t expect much in terms of veggies or sauce.

Been here twice in a week,each time disappointment i paid for extra meat and maybe they put 4 slices on a foot long.the bacon 🥓 was raw . Horrible feeling not getting your money worth especially if you paid for extra. Dont eat at this location unless you watch them make your food
Ordered delivery, tuna sandwich barely had anything on it and on the outside of the bread had vegetables from another sandwich, so it seems they didn’t clean or use a new knife which I know isnt correct as a family member used to work there. Won’t be ordering from this location again- they also forgot to give the driver my soda and cookies that I paid for.
