  I pre-ordered half hour in advance two separate times to show up and watch 7 people in line get their food before they made mine. 2 guys I work with showed up 5 minutes after me and got their food way before me. So don't pre order if you wanna get your food quick. And the lemonade has been broken for forever.

  Man I order at 11:50 am, they marked my order complete I get here and they say it ain’t ready. I wait 10 mins and they finally check the oven. SMH

  I went in today and ordered two subs. (4:30pm) Horrible people, and on top of it. I was eating my sandwich and it was raw and doughy still. I called and was laughed at. I asked to speak with a manager and was still laughed at and hung up. I ended up spending $30 and I threw both subs away.

  This is what I ordered during my lunch break and the other is what I picked up. Spent the majority of my break trying to find a knife and cutting everything up. I hate that I left a tip when I placed my order online.
