  Cricket owed me $204. going back to December 2025. Finally got a refund recently. CHECK the signal, particularly using hotspot on your laptop in North Charleston. And do not buy any sale midlevel phones. Easier to return on Amazon if there is an issue. $25 restock fee.

  Cricket Wireless remotely accessed my phone and changed my settings without permission to hide a poor signal issue (-109dBm). My 50GB hotspot on the $60 plan does not work. FCC complaint filed. Save your money and avoid this carrier if you need a reliable connection.

  FINALLY got someone (pretending that her name was Michelle and they do not use BOTS...) in Dallas to process a phone return and refund, 2 months later. CHECK IF their bad signal in North Charleston works with hotspot data on your laptop or tablet. NOT KIDDING; bring it with you. Make sure your purchased phone is properly activated and provisioned...And stay away from their defective model sale phones.
