  A very bad experience. The customer service is terrible—especially from one employee who was extremely rude and had an abysmal attitude. From the moment I asked for help, she responded grudgingly and showed absolutely no interest. You expect to walk into a store like this anticipating at least a minimum level of professionalism, but here, it seems the staff couldn't care less about providing good service. The attitude was so off-putting that it completely killed any desire to make a purchase. I definitely won't be coming back. There are plenty of other stores where you are actually treated with respect.

  I recently visited Michael Kors outlet store and had an absolutely stellar experience, all thanks to the manager, Lisa. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. She truly went above and beyond to help me, handling everything with a level of kindness and efficiency that you just don't see every day. Lisa just didn't meet my expectations-she completely exceeded them. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and her store. Because of her, I will definitely be a returning customer.

  I appreciate Lisa, I believed she’s the manager- for doing extra mile during our visit. She consistently represent Michael Kors(Gaffney SC) with professionalism and enthusiasm. Her strong sales skills and customer- focused approach makes Lisa a valuable asset to the team. Awesome job!!

  Was very disappointed how I was treated todsy,lady acted like someone try 2 steal and then try laugh And was a lady with black short hair cut and the real long .

  Very bad customer service and the Management is very disrespectful and rude I advise no one to shop here and have to deal with what I dealt with involving someone who supposed to run the store she is very nasty and her mouth is awful and she thinks it’s ok to talk to people any way idk if it’s a racial thing or what but it’s the lady with the short cut hair very long fingernails and she’s either biracial or white , black idk but she’s very unprofessional and as long as she works there I advise no one not to shop there or things could turn very ugly…….
