  The store manager Lisa is extremely disrespectful towards customers. I recently went to this store with my mother and this manager was extremely racist and rude towards us. The fact Michael Kors allows this person to represent this company is very surprising. Not a good look and as a social media influencer with a large following i will be posting a video about this store since corporate offered little help when we contacted them and dont seem to mind that they have a racist running their store.

  I shop here frequently and have spent hundreds of dollars at this store. My last interaction at this location was absolutely terrible. I came during a sale and noticed a rack in the store labeled “50% off” so i grabbed an item with a retail price of $80 and went to check out. When i got to the counter my item rang up as $80 so i told the cashier the price was incorrect and she proceeded to grab the manager at this store. I have been shopping here for years and i have never had such a terrible experience from a store manager. This manager completely disrespected and discriminated against me and said word for word “she only comes in here looking for discounts her type never buys anything“ when i was literally wearing hundreds of dollars of their products and as a hispanic female her remark was completely racist. The way this manager treated me was completely uncalled for and when i called corporate to make a report they did little to help me. Do not come to this store you will be discriminated against and disrespected i will no longer spend any money with this brand and will tell anyone that asks me about this experience. Shame on the manager sho runs this store.

  A very bad experience. The customer service is terrible—especially from one employee who was extremely rude and had an abysmal attitude. From the moment I asked for help, she responded grudgingly and showed absolutely no interest. You expect to walk into a store like this anticipating at least a minimum level of professionalism, but here, it seems the staff couldn't care less about providing good service. The attitude was so off-putting that it completely killed any desire to make a purchase. I definitely won't be coming back. There are plenty of other stores where you are actually treated with respect.

  I recently visited Michael Kors outlet store and had an absolutely stellar experience, all thanks to the manager, Lisa. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. She truly went above and beyond to help me, handling everything with a level of kindness and efficiency that you just don't see every day. Lisa just didn't meet my expectations-she completely exceeded them. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and her store. Because of her, I will definitely be a returning customer.

  I appreciate Lisa, I believed she’s the manager- for doing extra mile during our visit. She consistently represent Michael Kors(Gaffney SC) with professionalism and enthusiasm. Her strong sales skills and customer- focused approach makes Lisa a valuable asset to the team. Awesome job!!
