  Cricket makes you Pay for their “Service” UP FRONT and when you leave they give you… NO REFUNDS ??? So i just paid my bill and left Cricket 3 days later and they just gonna… KEEP MY MONEY!!! That should be illegal and probably Is!!!

  I am very disappointed with the service at this location. The salesperson told me that the phone case and screen protector were INCLUDED with my phone purchase. However, when I checked my receipt later, I realized they charged me over $60 for these items without my consent. It is dishonest to tell customers something is free or included just to hide extra charges. Be very careful and check your receipt before leaving!"
