    Not sure what happened here but I think this particular location was sold recently - none of the previous employees were retained and as a result the quality of food n service has dropped like a rock. I tried to grab a tuna sub today - non peak hours - I waited almost 30 minutes as one guy struggled to make food - burned my sandwich, lettuce was dead - he was about 5 to go orders delayed while there were only 2 people in front of me. Needless to say I will not be returning ever unfortunately…

    Don’t know if this review will even matter as this location already has under 3 stars. The old man working was so rude, walked in asked how he was doing and he said don’t ask. I said I needed a moment to look at the menu and he said you should already know what you want when you come to subway. I just left as I am not going to deal with someone that rude. This location needs some serious changes made

    The old guy working this evening has a serious attitude problem which is going to get him hurt if he talks to the wrong customer like he does everyone who was in line waiting. As soon as I went to leave a review I saw that it already had under 3 stars. Whoever runs this place needs to make some serious changes, otherwise this location needs to he put out of business.

    Upon arriving at Subway, I noticed an employee outside riding an e‑bike around the parking lot. As soon as he saw two customers walking in, he jumped off the bike and ran inside. There was also a young woman outside who appeared to be horseplaying with him. When I entered, I saw him putting on gloves immediately after coming in from outside. Considering the pollen and dirt he had been exposed to, I did not feel comfortable with him preparing my food, so I asked the young lady to make my sandwich instead. While she was preparing it, I noticed how filthy the glass was—covered in dirt, pollen, and stains. The meat looked discolored, and the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers were frozen. Nothing appeared fresh or edible. Honestly, nothing in this Subway should be sold in these conditions. This location is extremely unsanitary, and I truly hope someone inspects it soon because customers could easily get sick.
