  I honestly can’t say enough good things about this UPS store. This is the one and only place I go to for all of my shipping needs, and over time I’ve come to truly appreciate just how special the people here are. Rodney, the owner, is always warm, professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. You can tell that he truly cares about his customers, and that same attitude carries throughout the entire team. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly. I can walk in during the middle of the day when things are busy, or show up very close to closing time, and I’m always greeted with the same kindness. No one ever makes you feel rushed or like you’re inconveniencing them. It’s not often that you find a place where you know you’ll be treated well every single time you walk through the door. You have earned my loyalty!!!

  I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with the service received at your store regarding a letter-sized envelope sent to Houston, Texas. My son was charged $49 for this shipment, which was ultimately returned due to an incorrect address. When I spoke with the manager, they acknowledged that employee 388321 entered the address incorrectly but claimed the UPS system occasionally alters addresses automatically. The manager further stated that the responsibility for the error lies with the customer for failing to verify the input. While I acknowledge that the address should have been double-checked, it is disappointing that the employee recorded both the street name and zip code incorrectly as this is what they do as a business. Furthermore, the manager’s defensive and accusatory tone during our interaction was unprofessional and escalated the situation unnecessarily. I am bringing this to your attention regarding the high shipping cost and the poor customer service experience.
