  This UPS location is the best in all of York County! Mr. Charles and Ms. Bea are incredible. Exceptional customer service. Fast, efficient, and they do it all with a smile! I go out of my way to make all of my returns and shipments at this store. I wouldn’t take my business elsewhere!

  Charles (the owner/franchiser) is stellar. Personable, friendly and you can tell he's just an all around good guy. I'm in here all the time and one of the best UPS Store locations I've been to (and I've been to at least a dozen or so different ones over the years). I especially appreciate that they will go the extra mile for their clients, even when it doesn't benefit them, such as, accepting very small "flats" / envelopes from USPS...which not all UPS Stores do!! Thanks guys!
