  Today I stopped in to have my check engine light read for troubleshooting. Larry was the only associate visible and was currently working with a customer. But I could her a females voice from a far. So I waited patiently for Larry to finish with the current customer, Larry never acknowledge that he will be with me shortly after he finishes the phone call so I proceeded to wait. I thought maybe the female in the back would come out to assist. Moments shortly after two gentlemen employees walked in and proceeded to head to the back of the store never acknowledge me standing in line. Larry still on the phone at this point, a customer walks in with the baby and waits behind me. At this point, a third associate walks in again from returning or clocking in for his shift, acknowledges the gentleman that comes in with the baby behind me and says that someone will be with him shortly. Larry end the call and greets me and ask how can he help. I absolutely hate coming to auto stores, and this one happens to be right across the street from me. My point is, customer service is key. Treat & Greet everyone the same. I visited this location during the winter months and got exceptional service, which was why I returned!

  We had a wonderful experience at Advance Auto Parts. The atmosphere felt very friendly and almost like family. The manager, and Tasha were truly excellent—kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to assist us. We really appreciate their effort and support, and we can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

  I am a car guy and often find myself at Advance Auto. Not AutoZone because I have never been looking for windshield squirters the light up or hubcaps that spin when I am at a stop light. I ended up at the Fort Mill store helping my away at college son with a no start issue. The team tested the charging system and assisted my whole goose chase in the parking lot. While about to admit defeat and reach out to a mechanic like some sort of common person their suggestions lead to finding the issue right at the buzzer. My son drove away in a working car and the Fort Mill Advance Auto team made me look like a superhero dad. Thank you guys.
