  So listen - my sister's car was having some serious issues. I pulled up on a wing and a prayer. Now, I've been to a lot of auto stores. People are generally helpful. Tasha and John? Absolutely legends. Both of them went so far above and beyond to help me, being kind and respectful and incredibly helpful the entire time. I will remain a loyal customer to this store!

  My sis n law purchased a battery from here & had it installed onsite 2 months ago. She got stranded at Walmart today and we discovered the battery was the issue. She went to the store to replace it and the mgr said they didn't carry that particular battery at the store although she had the receipt where she purchased it there. He would NOT make it right! She recalls the young guy changing someone else's battery beside her vehicle and now believes he installed that persons old battery. You decide what happened....Ladies, be careful going here alone. They clearly scammed her and it's simply not ok. She's out almost $200 and didn't deserve this! I'm angry. Calling corporate.

  Great experience at the Fort Mill location. Chris the General Manager was very helpful and went out of his way to make this a quick and easy battery change for us.
