  I went in the store in Florence early and was met with amazing smiles, helpfulness and genuine kindness. They helped me get my grandchild back to school box packed and sent off to college. They started by day with hope for better experiences with other businesses whose employees most times appear to not wanting to be bothered. Thanks to the two individuals who helped me, a senior citizen, with respect and honor. Actually brought tears to my eyes. ❤️

  Conar at the UPS store was extremely pleasant and patient while assisting me with an issue that I had. She also greeted me & thanked me for coming in.

  Friendly staff and excellent service! I went there on a Sunday afternoon to return a wheelchair from Amazon that my mother decided she didn’t want. Unlike on weekdays, the store was not super crowded. I was able to get in and out very quickly.

  I am extremely disappointed with the shipping service provided by UPS on this occasion. I was sending a very important package containing critical documents, including a vehicle license plate, vehicle registration, and insurance papers. The package was lost by UPS during transit, causing me significant trouble and loss. I had to spend a great deal of time contacting the relevant authorities and arranging for replacement documents, all while incurring extra costs and enduring considerable stress. Even more disappointing was the lack of efficiency in resolving the issue and the poor quality of communication; I did not feel that UPS accorded the importance and care that such critical customer documents deserve. I chose UPS because I trusted it to transport important items safely and reliably, but this experience has completely betrayed that trust. For anyone sending important documents, a mistake of this nature can lead to very serious consequences. I hope UPS will take serious steps to improve its package tracking, transit management, and customer service processes to prevent similar incidents from happening again. I would not readily choose UPS again, nor could I recommend this service to others.
