Renee was very helpful and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed or insulted because I didn't know where to sign on my document. Her excellent customer service skills make my visits to that location enjoyable.

Renee is superb and so knowledgeable. She's fast in her service and very much a problem solver in my experience many times with her help. I am so impressed with her business tactics and punctual customer service. Always kind and shows appreciation for my visit in the store . Please don't ever let her leave because she's such an asset to UPS. I wish her the very best encounters because she truly deserves it. Thank you

I went in to the UPS store shortly after it opened and I was greeted by the most courteous woman named Renee’ she was professional, polite and proficient….. there were three people ahead of me and we were in and out in no time! Thank you Renee’ and UPS for a wonderful experience!
