  I dropped off a package in the past. I was told I didn’t have to do anything, it will be taken care of and they didn’t need the original shipping label. I followed up after 2 weeks. My package was never delivered to the correct place while awaiting my $400 refund. I was told it was sent to Amazon whom never received it. I had the copy to prove my drop off. It was sent to the incorrect location. This was never resolved. I lost $400 dollars. I only use UPS for strictly Amazon returns from now on… This was unacceptable!!!

  This store is the most sufficient ups store I have ever been in. And Kirsten was very helpful and polite!!

  This ups store is my, go to, for any and every shipping needs. Sometimes my returns become a bit confusing when I'm trying to get it done on my phone. Renee and the staff always simplify my transactions and their remarkably nice. I wish the fast food employees were as nice as the ups store staff. Thank you all at store #6846 on irby st.
