  I went in looking for a deal for my kids for Christmas and I found one. Beth was so friendly and patient with me. When I first walked in, she was helping a elderly lady with her phone. She took her time and showed her how to use her phone but still let me know that I was seen and heard. Talking about multitasking! She mastered that! I am pleased that we are now Cricket customers.

  Amazing staff. Beth was AMAZING! She took the time to help me, answered all my questions and got me a phone that fit my needs and wants! I'm so glad I went into that store and met her. It's people like her that keeps businesses going!

  If it is all you can afford for a phone to have a number that no one can call but u can receive text but no calls an when I ask someone at the store about it they look at you like your lieing you be better off to go to Walmart an get a straight talk phone an you be better off.... At least straight talk can fix the problem with there phone an they have way better service cricket wireless is a joke pay 100 mth with two phones an can only text can't get calls coming in an if u not hooked up to WiFi u can't Google or use maps very unhappy with cricket wireless but it u live in a big town an stay in town it might work or might not they a big rip off stay away from here
