  Vernessa was very very helpful with my questions and better help then received at the Crickets stores near my home in Johnsonville. As a matter of fact, I came in the Cricket syore in Florence and was going to leave Cricket and she talked me in to staying. It would be nice if other Cricket employees were as pleasant and helpful as she.

  Customer service was okay, actually disappointed with this store. I got a new phone (Moto G Pure) and was told i get a case and screen protector with the phone since i mentioned i was eligible for a upgrade. ( Being i was given the cheapest case possible and told that they didn't have a screen protector for my phone in stock) i was told to return the following week and is be given the protector. So i follow up and yet was told they still do not have one in stock. Kinda ridiculous especially after making me pay $160 for a phone when i used my upgrade and i didnt receive the protector nor a case i selected. But the price remained the same as if i didn't use my upgrade. Would be a shame to lose a valued customer after 5 years. Because of poor work ethic and service.

  Very helpful! Great customer service and warm welcome every time you walk into the store !
