  Vernessa was very very helpful with my questions and better help then received at the Crickets stores near my home in Johnsonville. As a matter of fact, I came in the Cricket syore in Florence and was going to leave Cricket and she talked me in to staying. It would be nice if other Cricket employees were as pleasant and helpful as she.

  Went to cricket today was not pleased lady working was rude talking on her phone made a remark over the phone about not being about to smoke cause I was looking at phones will not be going back
