  Truly one of the best experiences we have had with car issues. My wife and I were in the middle of our move and had stopped in Florence overnight. The next morning our car battery had died (which we knew was nearing it's end). We went to Advance Auto Parts and got amazing customer service from Chris. First - he helped us get the right battery (and did not push us for the most expensive even when we asked him which he recommended). Then when it came time to replace it he went above and beyond. Our battery was rusted and corroded but he navigated the replacement perfectly and his experience really showed. I am convinced if we went anywhere else they would've sent us to a shop to fix it but Chris did it right in the parking lot and it was included with the battery purchase. I'm sad we can't make this our car place for the future because this experience instilled full confidence that they will help get the right solution for you and not just maximize their profits which is rare. Thank you Chris!
