  I had a great experience at Subway ! The staff was friendly, professional, and made my order exactly the way I wanted it. Brandon went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, greeted customers with a smile, and kept everything clean and organized. It’s clear they care about their work and the customer experience. I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work Brandon!

  Love coming to this Subway! This young guy Brandon is always quick, super sweet, and keeps the line moving. He makes me laugh or smile every time I stop in. Definitely one of the best employees there! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Every time I stop by Subway in Elgin, this employee makes my day a little brighter! He’s always so friendly, works incredibly fast, and somehow keeps a smile on his face the entire time. There’s never a long wait, and he always has something kind or funny to say that leaves me smiling when I walk out. Customer service like his is hard to find these days! Brandon you rock! ❤️

  I consistently have an excellent experience at Subway in Elgin thanks to one particular employee Brandon. He is always professional, efficient, and welcoming. No matter how busy the restaurant may be, he works quickly while still providing outstanding customer service. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor make every visit enjoyable. Employees like him truly enhance the customer experience and represent the company well.

  If I had to rate my service at this subway, I would have to rate it 5 stars! The service was immaculate, the food was amazing, and my cashier (Brandon) was THEE BEST! He was so kind and courteous. He was really just the best all-around!
