  I am disappointed with this location. It used to be my favorite until my experience today. Mr. Rich who identified himself as the manager assured me that this experience would not happen to anyone else. I was looking for microfiber towels, it was taking me a while because I was googling the products reviews. The sales associate, I didn’t get her name, came over to “assist” me I told her that I was fine and had “everything in control” she asked me about the towels I had in my hand. I informed her that I was online looking for the GSM rating. She stated she didn’t know what that was. She held on to one of my products and stood with me when I told her that I didn’t need her assistance. I needed and wanted to buy more products but the “profiling vibe” was overwhelming and I decided to leave without making a scene. I called the store and spoke to Mr. Rich to verbalize my experience and displeasure. In the future hopefully you will judge people on a case by case basis. Not everyone is a thief or should be made to feel like they are one.

  Called to see about a part, talked to 3 different people all people had terrible attitudes and ended up hanging up the phone, when I simply was just trying to figure out a part before drove up there

  I only came here because my brother used to work here and he told me to come here to get my light fixed and he said someone would be glad to put it in for the Mexican man that was upfront. Tell me he don’t put lights head lights in so I went down the street and explain to them that the guy at the store went and put my light in for me. And the people at auto zone did thanks auto zone

  I needed help finding a headlamp socket wire harness for a S197 Mustang GT. The nearby AutoZone associate did a 10-sec search on their inventory, literally gave up, then suggested I try Google. So, I went down the road to this Advance Auto Parts where Frederick understood exactly what I was looking for, retrieved one of the two parts needed, and proceeded to find the second at the next nearest Advance Auto Parts store through his computer inventory. He could have stopped there, but he called the other store, had the associate there “put hands on” the part, and let him know I was coming to pick it up. This kind of service is not too common today. Needless to say, I’ll be looking to Frederick for my future auto parts assistance.
