  Placed and paid for an online order at 11:47 pm while I was outside the store. The app said my order would be ready between 11:55-12am. I had my man go inside to wait on our order. The lady at the counter informed him that they would not be making our order because it would not be ready before midnight when they closed. If the restaurant truly had a “last call”, the online ordering system should not take orders after a certain time to reflect that. The employees simply did not want to do their job and make our order. She then pushed my order through to say it was ready for pickup and completed and gave no information on if or when I’d receive a refund. If you advertise closing at 12am, you should not close or shut down anything until 12am.

  I love Wingstop, why can’t the employees at this location speak though? Why do I, as the customer, have more customer service than the people at the counter. Not a single word was said to me, not a “hello” “there you go” “see ya next time” or even a “your welcome” when I said thanks. It’s very weird and might as well have robots do the job at that point.

  We always ordering Wingstop to the point the guy in the back recognizes our name 😂 love trying the new flavors and it's a pretty good deal to feed me my husband and our teenagers . We appreciate y'all.

  Geez! What's wrong with these 2 girls who worked on Friday 3/6 ??? Do they have a clue how they got up this morning??? Horrible!
