  Service was great. The ladies were very kind but I believe I was over charged. I emailed a document to be printed. They charged $2 to send the email. It says Mailing labels. I did not purchases mailing labels. No other ups stores do this. Will not return.

  DO NOT use this UPS store! In the past week, two of my shipments have arrived late. On May 27th (Wednesday), I purchased UPS 2nd Day Air. When did it arrive? Monday, June 1st. The event was on Sunday. On June 4th, I purchased UPS Next Day Air. When is it estimated to arrive? June 8th. I never leave reviews, but if you’re shipping important packages, DO NOT use this UPS! I have a small business and need a reliable postal system.

  I am so thankful that this UPS store opened!! It’s very clean and the employees are polite and friendly. 😊 They were very helpful with returning my spectrum equipment- even though I didn’t have a box! Definitely pinning this as my UPS Store on my map!

  They finally helped me get my Verizon equipment returned even after 2 Verizon stores couldn’t help me. The owners are local and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
