  I would give it 0 stars!!!! Do NOT give your business to the Subway on 123 across from tropical grille. Lady working was extremely rude. She didn’t even get up off the chair in the dining room to speak with me (the customer) until I demanded a manager. I placed an order through the app for my local subway in Easley, SC on highway 123. On this order I placed a cheese pizza for my child. When the order was brought home and opened I have a receipt in the bag saying “I’m out of cheese pizza. so I gave you cookies instead.” After reading this I decided to go back to the store to receive a refund or a sub in its place. I wanted to return the 4 cookies received. The employee refused without making me pay for another sub. (I already paid for the pizza) and would not give me a refund for the item I did not receive. I demanded to speak with the manager and after fighting with me on that. I finally get to speak with the manager and she said the same thing. No refund and I must pay for another item. I did storm out of the restaurant and spoke with another family going to eat at the restaurant to not eat there and the reasoning behind it. As I cannot feed my child cookies for dinner, this is absolutely unacceptable and absurd. It was not even announced to my husband when he picked up the item that she substituted the cookies for the cheese pizza. We found out AFTER getting home.

  Every time I come to this subway it’s always something it was 2 people ahead of me but she tells me she doesn’t know when she would get to me she couldn’t even give me a time limit I said 10 minutes she was like she still couldn’t give me a time. Subway do better I’ll continue to go to the location on Pendleton St.

  Usually there are two cases open, the first one with meats cheeses etc and the second with lettuce onions tomatoes sauces etc. but today there was only one case with a condensed amount of options and of these options the shredded lettuce was wilted and browning the cucumbers were clear around the edges. Not very appetizing and chipotle being the only sauce visible. I noticed also the help had a wad of pink chewing gum stuck behind her ear. This same person, who was alone was not happy about her job or about helping customers. I will never enter this subway again.

  I never leave reviews anywhere & for me to say that this was the absolute worst customer service and food experience I have ever had, I mean it. The woman working was extremely rude and made the worst sandwich I have ever ate. Management needs to address that because I will never be back to this location.
